NGO Regional Center for Community Development (CRDC) announces the launch of a repeated procurement procedure for services for the position of:

Community Facilitator

Subject of procurement

Provision of community facilitation and mobilisation services within the project “Local Inclusion and Protection Mechanisms for Migrants and Refugees in Cahul”.

Location: Cahul Municipality
Contract period: February 2026 – November 2026

Minimum requirements

• Residence in Cahul Municipality or nearby localities;
• Knowledge of the migrant and refugee community;
• Experience in community work / mobilisation;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian.

Required documents

• Updated CV;
• Gross monthly financial offer.
