We mobilize communities, support local initiatives, and facilitate citizens’ engagement in decision-making processes.

Youth, leadership and volunteering

We develop young people’s civic and leadership skills, promote structured volunteering and non-formal education.

Gender equality, violence prevention and community safety

Promote the rights of women and girls, prevent gender-based violence and strengthen collaboration between communities and institutions to create safe environments.

Media literacy and combating disinformation

Develop critical thinking and media skills among young people, educators, and communities.

Social inclusion and community cohesion

Support vulnerable groups, including refugees, and promote intercultural dialogue and social solidarity.

Good governance, transparency and civic dialogue

Facilitate dialogue between citizens and public authorities, support participatory processes and decision-making monitoring at local and regional levels.

What do our beneficiaries say?

The experience of writing an article is a challenge that makes you reflect from the very beginning. Choosing the right topic is not always easy, and finding the proper angle requires time and thought. Once you start writing, the ideas begin to take shape, and the process becomes increasingly engaging. As you express your thoughts, you strive to deliver a clear and meaningful message. However, beyond the satisfaction of completing the article, there is also the emotion of awaiting feedback – a mix of anticipation and curiosity.

I noticed a genuine transformation in our community dynamics. Young people bring energy, ideas, and a willingness to take responsibility, and their collaboration with the authorities leads to real and sustainable change.

Overall, the project ‘Empowering Rural Women for Good Governance’ had a positive impact on our community. It not only encouraged the active participation of rural women in decision-making processes, but also created a strong network of support and friendship among group members. The efficient management of financial resources contributed to the project’s sustainability and to the community’s trust in our abilities. It’s an experience I am proud of and one that will continue to benefit our community in the future.
