These Terms and Conditions of use for the www.crdc.md website apply to donations made through this site, administered by A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară. The purpose of the service provided is to allow users to make donations in support of the activities and projects promoted by the organization, by facilitating the financial contribution process through a secure online platform.

To use the site appropriately, we recommend that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions presented. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. General Provisions

This site is owned and managed by A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară. By making a donation through the site, the Donor accepts the Terms and Conditions of use, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions), outlined below.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce and other relevant regulations. The relationship between the Donor and the organization is governed by current legislation on non-profit organizations and the processing of electronic payments.

A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, and the Donor is responsible for monitoring any changes.

2. Personal Data Protection

By using the www.crdc.md website, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data required to process and confirm donations.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as donation management, traffic analysis via Google Analytics, cookie usage, and sending notifications or newsletters if the user has given consent.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of site information. Data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other organizations, we cannot guarantee absolute security for data transmitted online, and users assume responsibility for providing such data.

3. Making Donations and Payment Processing

Donations on the www.crdc.md website can be made online using a bank card. After completing the transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.

Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a bank card as the payment instrument. The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard. This involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secured MAIB page, where each cardholder is authenticated through a one-time code for every online transaction.

The donated amount is transferred directly to the account of A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară and will be used exclusively to support the organization's activities.

Donation refunds are not possible due to the voluntary nature of the contributions.

To make a donation, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.

The following data will be required for payment processing:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiration date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Cardholder's full name

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the charged amount will be converted according to the conditions of the issuing bank.

4. Donation Processing

After making a donation, the donor will receive a confirmation of the transaction at the provided email address.

The donation is processed immediately after payment confirmation, with no additional fees.

If technical problems or unforeseen situations arise (e.g., server issues, maintenance periods, etc.), we will inform you in advance whenever possible.

Please check the accuracy of the entered data before completing the transaction, as donations are final and cannot be modified or refunded.

5. Donation Return Policy

Donations made through the www.crdc.md website are voluntary contributions to support the activities of A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară and cannot be refunded.

According to current legislation on non-profit organizations and electronic payment processing, a donation, once made, is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

In the event of technical errors leading to an incorrect transaction (e.g., erroneous multiple charges), the donor is asked to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

6. Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith, based on and in compliance with legal provisions. The processing of personal data is done using mixed means (automated and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions ensuring security, confidentiality, and the protection of the rights of data subjects.

What personal data do we process?

The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by users when placing an order, including name, surname, phone number, and email address. We also collect automatically logged access data each time a page or file is opened on our site, such as IP address, date and time of access, client request, HTTP response code, amount of data transferred, and information about the browser and operating system used.

Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data is used exclusively for site administration, donation processing, contacting donors if needed, and subsequent communication. We may also use data for web analysis and to improve the browsing experience, including through Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.

Personal data is processed in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, and is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
