Respecting the right to personal data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) is one of the essential responsibilities of "A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară".

1. What is GDPR?
As of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), commonly known as GDPR, came into effect.
It requires that any operator/entity involved in the processing of personal data must apply the new requirements and provide transparent information on how the data is processed.
2. What are personal data processed for?
According to GDPR provisions and our duty to safeguard your personal data held in our database, we inform you that such data are used solely for the purpose of carrying out our activity in relation to you: sending messages and other information.
3. What personal data do we process?
We collect information to ensure optimal use of our services. Generally, personal data is received directly from you when you perform the following actions:

In addition to this, we also collect additional information when providing services to ensure the required level of quality. These collection methods may not be obvious, so we want to explain what they may include and how they are applied (as they may change).
4. How do we use your personal data?
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, personal data refers strictly to the relationship between "A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară" and the data subject (visitor). We strive to treat the provided information with the highest confidentiality and only for the purposes for which it was collected.

4.1. Contracting and managing client relationships
- site access – when accessing the crdc.md website, each page or file opened automatically saves access data in the form of protocol files. Each data package contains information about the website from which our page is accessed, the IP address, date and time of access, client request, HTTP response code, amount of data transferred, and details about the browser and operating system used;
- geolocation – based on the IP address, it is possible to estimate the user’s geographic location. Upon ending the session, the IP address is not stored for geolocation purposes.
4.2. Data for communication with visitors
We may also contact you to offer additional services that we believe may be valuable to you.
- Email;
- Text messages (SMS);
- Phone calls;
- Automated calls or text messages.
If we collect information from you regarding a joint proposal, it will be clear at the time of collection who is collecting the data and which privacy policy applies. Additionally, you will be given options regarding the use or disclosure of your personal information to a joint partner, as well as an explanation of how to exercise these options.

4.3. Data for courts or other public authorities
We cooperate with the state and representatives of public enforcement institutions to ensure legal compliance and enforcement. We may provide information upon request from law enforcement agencies based on a court order, if we consider it necessary to protect our property and rights or those of third parties, to ensure public or personal safety, or to prevent or stop activities that we believe are illegal.

4.4. Data for web analytics – Google Adwords/Analytics and Yandex Metrica
We use various web analytics tools from partners such as Google and Yandex to collect information about interaction with our website and mobile applications, including the pages you visit, the website you came from, time spent on each page, the operating system and browser you use, as well as network details and IP address.
4.5. Data for the cookie policy
To improve your browsing experience on our website, we use cookies. These help users to easily resume activity during their next visit to our site. Cookies are files that tell the server which pages to display to the user. Each cookie can be used only by its associated service provider (e.g., Google for Google Analytics). Information collected via cookies may be transferred to a service partner and stored on their servers in a country different from your own. Our website contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those websites and recommend reviewing the privacy statements on every site you visit.
5. Recipients of personal data
Recipients processing personal data are obliged to comply with legal requirements.
