CRDC and Iulia Hasdeu College in Cahul Launch a New Partnership for Student Development

The Public Association Regional Center for Community Development and Iulia Hasdeu College in Cahul have launched a new partnership aimed at developing students’ practical experience and involving them in activities carried out directly within the community.

The partnership aims to create opportunities for students to complement their theoretical education with practical experience, interaction with people and participation in socially relevant activities.

As part of the collaboration, students will be able to take part in activities that provide direct exposure to community realities, including work with vulnerable groups and initiatives focused on information, support and participation.

Particular emphasis will be placed on volunteering, counselling activities and information campaigns, giving young people the opportunity to develop communication, teamwork, responsibility and interaction skills with different groups of beneficiaries.

For CRDC, such experiences are important because they contribute to preparing young people to better understand community needs and become involved in addressing them.

For CRDC, cooperation with educational institutions is a concrete way to connect the educational process with practical experience in the field.

Through such partnerships, students can gain a better understanding of how civil society organizations operate, how community activities are developed and what direct work with people, institutions and diverse groups involves.

At the same time, youth involvement brings energy, new ideas and perspectives to community work, which can contribute to developing initiatives that respond more closely to the needs of their generation.

For the Public Association Regional Center for Community Development, the new partnership with Iulia Hasdeu College in Cahul continues the organization’s commitment to investing in youth development, volunteering and stronger links between educational institutions and the community.

We aim for this partnership to create real opportunities for learning, engagement and professional development for students, while also contributing to a more active and connected community.
