CRDC and the Cahul Police Inspectorate strengthen cooperation in preventing violence
The Regional Center for Community Development has taken an important step in enhancing local institutional cooperation aimed at preventing and addressing violence. Recently, a Partnership Agreement was signed with the Cahul Police Inspectorate, formalizing the shared commitment to act more effectively in cases of domestic violence and gender-based violence, as well as to promote equal opportunities.
The partnership strengthens communication and coordination mechanisms between institutions, creating a foundation for joint awareness-raising and prevention activities. This collaboration will facilitate the exchange of relevant information, improved intervention planning, and the implementation of initiatives dedicated to supporting vulnerable groups.
For CRDC, working closely with local institutions is essential in advancing efforts to prevent violence. When civil society and state structures collaborate, more supportive conditions can be created for protecting people’s rights and well-being.
We extend our appreciation to the team of the Cahul Police Inspectorate for their openness and readiness to move forward together in this direction.
CRDC reaffirms its commitment to continue this work with respect, empathy, and responsibility, contributing to a more informed and better supported community.
