Annual Report 2025: a year of consolidation, cooperation and community impact

Annual Report 2025: a year of consolidation, cooperation and community impact

We have published the Annual Activity Report of the Regional Center for Community Development for 2025 — a document that brings together the most important results, projects, partnerships and moments that shaped our work throughout the year.

For CRDC, 2025 was an intense year, marked by many challenges, but also by many confirmations. We continued to work in the communities of southern Moldova, together with young people, women, children, refugees, migrants, volunteers, public institutions, partner organizations and community members.

Our work was guided by the organization’s four strategic programs: information resilience and community media; youth, community leadership and volunteering; community development; social cohesion and European integration.

Throughout the year, we implemented projects dedicated to media education, community journalism, youth participation, volunteering, inclusive education, prevention of gender-based violence, support for refugees and migrants, promotion of European integration and community development.

Among the key results of the year were the opening of the first Resource Center for Inclusive Education in a rural kindergarten in Cahul district, the consolidation of a network of young leaders, the development of information resources for women and girls in situations of risk, the implementation of social cohesion activities and the expansion of cooperation with public institutions and partner organizations.

In 2025, we reached more than 1,000 unique direct beneficiaries and responsibly managed financial resources of over 1 million MDL, directed toward programs, projects and community initiatives. The report also includes a financial section, through which we reaffirm our commitment to transparency and accountability.

This year also brought increased visibility and public recognition for CRDC. We joined relevant national networks, such as the National Youth Council of Moldova and the Gender Equality Platform, and strengthened our role in refugee inclusion through our involvement in the Cahul Local Refugee Coordination Forum.

At the same time, the CRDC team participated in regional experience exchanges, study visits, public events, conferences and dialogue platforms, where we presented our experience in areas such as community journalism, inclusion, media education, prevention of gender-based violence and community development.

For us, the annual report is not just a list of activities. It is a way to look back with responsibility and gratitude at everything we have built together with the people and institutions that stood by us.

Every result presented in this report was made possible through trust, cooperation and shared engagement. We thank our partners, donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, public institutions, civil society organizations and all community members who contributed to this journey.

We invite you to discover the CRDC Annual Report 2025 and see how, step by step, we continue to build more informed, active and resilient communities.
