Educational programs, mentoring, and training
Leadership, civic participation and structured volunteering Through practical training, mentorship and real opportunities for engagement, the program supports young people to become more active in their communities, initiate local actions and participate responsibly in civic and democratic processes.
Participant selection
The program is designed for young people, volunteers, initiative leaders, members of youth groups and people interested in community leadership, civic engagement and volunteering.
Community leadership for young people
Participants develop leadership, communication, teamwork, civic responsibility and local initiative management skills.
YELI – Youth Empowerment & Leadership Initiative
Young people benefit from applied training, mentorship and coaching to design and implement micro-projects, campaigns and community actions.
Democratic participation and local advocacy
The program connects young people to public consultations, dialogue platforms, participatory processes and advocacy initiatives based on community needs.
Volunteering and civic engagement
Participants are involved in volunteering activities, community projects and CRDC services, directly contributing to the development of local communities.
Volunteer coordination and development
The program includes the recruitment, training, guidance and recognition of volunteers, with a focus on a progressive engagement pathway: volunteer – coordinator – mentor.
How it works
The program combines practical training, mentorship, volunteering and youth-led initiatives, adapted to the needs of communities in the south of the Republic of Moldova.
