Repeated Procurement Notice – Food / Catering Services

NGO Regional Center for Community Development (CRDC) announces the launch of a repeated procurement procedure for food / catering services for activities implemented within the project “Local Inclusion and Protection Mechanisms for Migrants and Refugees in Cahul”.

Service provision period – December 2025 – November 2026, upon request, in line with the activity schedule.

Place of service provision – Cahul Municipality, Republic of Moldova.

Minimum requirements for bidders

• Legally registered economic operator;
• Experience in providing food / catering services;
• Compliance with applicable sanitary and hygiene regulations;
• Capacity to provide catering services for events with a minimum of 20–50 participants.

Evaluation criterion – Best value for money (optimal quality–price ratio).

Required documents

• Financial offer (price per person), signed and dated;
• Copy of the company registration certificate / decision / extract from the state register of legal entities, certified by the bidder’s signature and stamp.

Deadline for submission – 15 December 2025, 3:00 PM.
