NGO Regional Center for Community Development (CRDC) announces the launch of the procurement procedure for services for the position of:

Community Facilitator

Subject of procurement:

Provision of community facilitation and mobilisation services within the project
“Local Inclusion and Protection Mechanisms for Migrants and Refugees in Cahul”.

Location: Cahul Municipality
Contract period: February 2026 – November 2026

Minimum requirements:

✔ Residence in Cahul or nearby localities;
✔ Knowledge of the migrant and refugee community;
✔ Experience in community work / mobilisation;
✔ Fluency in Romanian and Russian.

Required documents:

• Updated CV;
• Gross monthly financial offer.
