International Volunteer Day: a day dedicated to gratitude and celebrating people who do good
Every year, on December 5th, communities around the world mark International Volunteer Day — a day when gratitude becomes the central message and people who choose to help out of pure kindness receive the recognition they deserve.
Today at CRDC, we celebrated our people!
To mark this day, we chose to honor our volunteers — those who have been with us from the beginning and those who joined our team more recently. Each with her own story, rhythm, and style of involvement, yet all united by the desire to do good.
Today we acknowledged their efforts, their dedication, and the time they invest in our activities. We thanked them for their motivation, enthusiasm, creativity, and the way they contribute to community initiatives.
It was a moment of celebration, but also of reconnection — between generations of volunteers, between projects, between shared experiences. A small ritual of gratitude that reminds us that people make the real difference.
Congratulations to all volunteers!
Today we say “thank you” to everyone who chooses to get involved — no matter how much time they have or how small their contribution may seem. Every action counts.
And the CRDC volunteers have once again shown that good is built together.
We are deeply grateful for everything you do.
Happy Volunteer Day, dear volunteers!Keep being part of the change.
