Participation of the Regional Center for Community Development in the Civil Society Organizations Fair – 2024 Edition

Participation of the Regional Center for Community Development in the Civil Society Organizations Fair – 2024 Edition

Europe Day 2024 was a special occasion for the Regional Center for Community Development (CRDC) to join, for the second consecutive year, other civil society organizations at the CSO Fair, held on May 9 in the Great National Assembly Square in Chișinău. The event took place within the European Village, marking another year in which the Republic of Moldova strengthened its European path.

Supporting European values and promoting civic engagement

CRDC proudly joined over 20 organizations present at the fair, promoting European values and demonstrating our commitment to supporting community development and social inclusion. Fair visitors had the opportunity to learn more about our projects and initiatives that contribute to the well-being of communities in southern Moldova.

We were pleased to engage with representatives of other organizations, exchange experiences, and establish new partnerships. Every conversation and exchange of ideas inspired us and strengthened our belief that teamwork can truly change the world.

The role of CSOs in Moldova’s European integration path

Europe Day and the CSO Fair were a living testament to the essential role that civil society organizations play in supporting Moldova’s European integration process. The event gave participants the opportunity to promote transparency, civic engagement, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure a better future for all citizens.

Gratitude and appreciation

We sincerely thank the event organizers, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Moldova and AO Institutum Virtutes Civilis, for this wonderful opportunity to celebrate Europe Day 2024 alongside other organizations promoting European values. We are also grateful to all those who visited our stand and appreciated the efforts of our team.

The CSO Fair was organized as part of the project “Partnerships for Women’s Leadership and Good Governance,” implemented by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Moldova and AO Institutum Virtutes Civilis, with financial support from the European Union in the Republic of Moldova and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
