Career Guidance for Youth: Making Informed Choices and Discovering Potential in Tomai

“What profession should I choose?”, “Am I making the right decision?”, “What are my talents and how can I develop them?” — these are common questions for young people navigating their career paths. To support them in this process, a practical Career Guidance training was organized in Tomai, facilitated by Коля Дишли from NGO Pharos.

The training provided a supportive and interactive learning environment focused on self-awareness and informed decision-making regarding professional development. Through participatory methods and practical exercises, participants explored:

• identifying personal talents and strengths using the concept of multiple intelligences;

• understanding motivational factors as well as barriers that may influence career development;

• simple and effective steps for choosing a profession aligned with individual interests, values, and skills.

The session was dynamic and engaging, combining hands-on activities, real-life examples, and moments of inspiration. Participants left with increased clarity, practical tools, and greater confidence in their ability to shape their professional future.
