CRDC Develops New Initiatives to Strengthen Social Cohesion in Communities across Southern Moldova

A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară continues to develop initiatives that bring people together and create opportunities for dialogue, collaboration and participation in communities across southern Moldova.

In the coming period, this area of work will be further strengthened in partnership with Terre des hommes Moldova Foundation and the General Inspectorate for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, within the project “Strengthening the Capacity for the Socio-Economic Integration of Displaced Families and Host Communities”.

Over the next six months, we plan to organize a series of community activities aimed at creating safe spaces for dialogue and interaction among members of local communities, including displaced families, refugees and other people involved in community life.

The activities will focus on social cohesion, communication and participation, providing people with opportunities to get to know one another better, discuss their needs and experiences, and build relationships based on trust and collaboration.

A number of events and activities are planned in communities across southern Moldova in the coming period, adapted to the context and needs of the participating communities. Through these activities, we aim to support not only participation in individual events, but also the development of stronger relationships between people and a greater sense of belonging to the community.

For CRDC, social cohesion is built through continuous interaction and through spaces where people can communicate openly, participate and contribute together to community life.

The project “Strengthening the Capacity for the Socio-Economic Integration of Displaced Families and Host Communities” is financed by the Global Concessional Financing Facility (GCFF), administered by the World Bank, and implemented by Terre des hommes Moldova Foundation in partnership with the General Inspectorate for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
