




The Regional Center for Community Development continues to support community growth by organizing a dedicated program for community leaders from the Southern Region of the Republic of Moldova.
Project Writing Workshop – Day One
The first day of the project writing workshop, organized by the Regional Center for Community Development, brought together community leaders from Cahul and Cantemir districts, as well as representatives of initiative groups and newly formed CSOs.
Participants learned about project structure, problem identification, how to complete project forms, and how to set goals, objectives, and action plans.
The workshop also offered participants the chance to build meaningful relationships for future collaboration.
The session was facilitated by Irina Bejan, the organization’s administrator and experienced trainer within the UPSHIFT Moldova program, TEKEDU.

The final day of the training focused on preparing participants for presenting their ideas before selection committees:
