CRDC Secures Funding for a New Project through the National Youth Council of Moldova’s Mini-Grant Programme

The Public Association Regional Center for Community Development has secured funding for a new project through the Mini-Grant Programme of the National Youth Council of Moldova (CNTM), opening a new stage of activities dedicated to young people and civic engagement.

As part of the project launch, CRDC representatives participated on 28 February in a training on the implementation and management of projects funded by CNTM, organized for beneficiaries of the Mini-Grant Programme. The funding agreement for the new project was also signed during this stage.

Preparing for clear and responsible implementation

The training had a practical focus and covered the main stages and responsibilities associated with implementing a project funded through the programme.

Participants reviewed the process of initiating and planning activities, project monitoring and closure mechanisms, as well as the importance of clearly defining roles and responsibilities within the team.

Particular attention was given to defining and tracking result and impact indicators, so that project progress can be assessed not only through the activities carried out, but also through the changes and results generated.

Requirements related to visibility, communication and financial reporting were also discussed, as essential elements for transparent implementation in line with the conditions of the funding programme.

A new stage in CRDC’s work with young people

For CRDC, securing this new project provides an opportunity to continue developing interventions for young people and to expand activities that encourage participation, initiative and civic engagement.

The training stage organized before implementation begins contributes to better activity planning and to clarifying administrative and programme requirements from the very start of the project.

In the coming period, CRDC will share more information about the objectives, activities and opportunities that the new project will bring to young people and the communities involved.

We thank the National Youth Council of Moldova for its support and for the preparation process provided to beneficiary organizations.

The activity was organized within the project “The New Democracy Fund Moldova Extension 2025–2026”, implemented by the National Youth Council of Moldova in partnership with DUF – Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd (Danish Youth Council), with financial support from the New Democracy Fund.
