CRDC Launches a New Project to Strengthen Organizational Resilience
A.O. Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară (CRDC) announces the launch of the project “Strengthening CRDC’s Organizational Resilience”, an initiative dedicated to strengthening institutional capacities and improving internal management, administration, and legal compliance mechanisms.
Through this project, we aim to invest in organizational development so that we can manage resources more efficiently, ensure continuity of our activities, and better respond to the needs of the communities we work with.
What do we aim to achieve?
As part of the project, CRDC will carry out several organizational development activities:
-
ISO 9001 implementation and certification – developing a quality management system adapted to the organization's specific needs and obtaining certification through an accredited certification body.
-
Improving physical and digital archiving systems – assessing, organizing, and securing documents, developing an archiving policy, and equipping the organization with the necessary equipment and materials.
-
Strengthening the legal and administrative framework – reviewing and developing at least eight legal and administrative document templates to improve organizational management.
-
Strengthening team capacities – familiarizing staff and volunteers with new procedures and tools to ensure their application in day-to-day activities.
Why is this project important?
Organizational development is not only about expanding activities and attracting new resources. It also means building clear, functional, and sustainable internal systems that ensure the quality of our work, protect information, and promote the responsible use of resources.
For CRDC, this project represents an important step towards strengthening our capacity to carry out community-based activities and develop initiatives with long-term impact.
The project “Strengthening CRDC’s Organizational Resilience” is implemented under the “Enhancing the Resilience of Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership” (ERICS-EaP) programme, funded by the European Union, with the support of the German Marshall Fund of the United States – Transatlantic Foundation (GMF TF) and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation.
According to the Grant Agreement, the implementation period is 15 September 2026 – 15 January 2027.
