CRDC’s Participation in the reSTART Organizational Development Program: A New Step Toward Institutional Strengthening

The Regional Center for Community Development (CRDC) has successfully completed its participation in the reSTART Organizational Development Program, organized by Centrul Contact Chișinău. The program, financially supported by the Embassy of Sweden in the Republic of Moldova, brought together 20 civil society organizations from across the country and offered a valuable framework for strengthening institutional capacities.

CRDC was represented in this program by Natalia Țaruc, Regional Coordinator for Cantemir, to whom we express our gratitude for the professionalism and dedication shown. Through her active involvement, Natalia made a significant contribution to strengthening the organization’s grant writing skills — a key aspect for financial sustainability and fulfilling our mission.

Participation in the reSTART program provided the CRDC team with practical tools and relevant knowledge to transform the organization into a structure that is:

  • Transparent and accountable, able to manage resources effectively;

  • Resilient and proactive, ready to respond quickly to the needs of beneficiaries;

  • Financially sustainable, by improving funding attraction mechanisms.

The program’s results will directly contribute to CRDC’s capacity to respond more effectively to challenges and to support the development of communities in the Southern Region of the Republic of Moldova.
