One Year of Growth and Consolidation with GIZ Moldova and the CONTACT Center

One Year of Growth and Consolidation with GIZ Moldova and the CONTACT Center

Throughout a year full of challenges and achievements, our team had the privilege of participating in the regional project "Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries." This hands-on program served as a valuable platform for enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations, supporting our community-oriented efforts.

Training Opportunities in Essential Areas

Our participation included intensive and insightful trainings covering key areas vital to any successful organization:

  • Leadership and Strategic Management – ensuring effective coordination and well-grounded strategic planning.
  • Project Management – to implement our initiatives more efficiently and with greater impact.
  • Financial Sustainability – focusing on diversifying resources and securing long-term funding.
  • Human Resource Management – a crucial component for team motivation and development.

These sessions provided a fresh perspective on strategic leadership and emphasized the importance of strengthening internal resources for sustainable development.

Impact on CRDC’s Activities

During this program, CRDC successfully applied the acquired knowledge to strengthen our organizational structure, improve internal processes through new internal policies, and foster effective collaboration with partners. The benefits of these trainings are already visible in our day-to-day work, particularly in our support for local communities, youth, and women in the southern region.

Gratitude for the Support

We are deeply grateful to the teams at GIZ Moldova and CONTACT Center for their consistent support, the professionalism with which the trainings were delivered, and the opportunity to enhance our competencies. Partnering with such organizations provides us with the inspiration and resources needed to continue our mission of supporting communities and driving positive change.
