CRDC – part of the change: results and impact after 2 years of the program

The Regional Community Development Center had the honor to be part of the project “Resilience of Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries”, a program that, over the course of two years, contributed to strengthening civil society organizations and developing communities across the country.

Together with 9 other organizations, we actively engaged in a comprehensive process of institutional development, mentorship, and implementation of initiatives addressing real community needs.

For CRDC, this experience meant:

• strengthened organizational capacities
• improved communication and visibility tools
• more active involvement in advocacy and public policy processes
• expanded collaborations at national and regional levels

At the program level, the results speak for themselves:

• 39 thematic trainings delivered
• 37 public policies developed or influenced
• over 1,100 direct beneficiaries and more than 330,000 people reached
• 6 websites and 3 brand books developed
• 9 study visits and regional initiatives
• community campaigns and environmental actions carried out
• over EUR 100,000 invested through sub-grants

The closing event brought together representatives of civil society, development partners, and public authorities, confirming the importance of this program for strengthening the civil society sector in Moldova.
