Description
The “Visibility through Identity” project provided the Regional Center for Community Development with a unified, modern, and credible public image. From a complete brand book to an interactive website and a 2% redirection campaign, the initiative transformed the way the organization communicates, attracts support, and mobilizes the community. In just six months, CRDC became more recognizable, more transparent, and better prepared to generate lasting impact in southern Moldova.
Objectives
Creation and implementation of a coherent visual identity (brand book + vector logo).
Development of the team’s communication skills through dedicated trainings.
Launch of a functional website, mobile-friendly and integrated with a donation mechanism.
Increased visibility of the organization through promotional materials and a presentation video.
Strengthened relationships with partners and the public through the Community Impact Anniversary Gala – 5 years of success and partnership.
Diversification of funding sources through the 2% income tax redirection campaign.
Professionalization of internal processes through an onboarding guide for new team members.
